When do I use the "Peers" search?
By searching "Peers" posts, you are looking for others who:
- Want to read and discuss the same book (or, watch and discuss the same film; or read and discuss the same article; or listen to and discuss the same piece of music, etc.) that you are interested in reading and discussing.
- May have similar learning interests, motivation level, expected time commitment, etc.
- Expect discussions in which each of you see yourselves as involved in, and committed to, co-discovery and learning.
- Are not expecting any money for their time in doing 1.), 2.), and 3.) above.
For example, by searching "Peers", we hope you'll eventually be able to find a reading partner (conversation partner, study partner, "book-club-for-two", etcetera) for free and open learning, where each of you is motivated by the desire to learn about a specific book (article, film, etc.), without any expectation of money changing hands.
